My career began in the new home sales industry. Over the years, I moved from administrative roles to executive leadership, managing teams through every type of market cycle. I have felt the pressure of missed closings, the responsibility of turnover, and the challenge of keeping teams motivated when conditions shift overnight.

That experience taught me one truth: leadership determines performance. When leaders are confident, clear, and connected to their people, results follow.
